The Tracker can be chosen in A4 or A5 size and GOLD STAR STICKERS ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.
The weight loss goal can go up to 8 stone, anything over 4 stone will be printed double sided.
The Tracker will be printed on high quality card and can come LAMINATED or UN LAMINATED.
The recipients name is added at the top, if the name is different from the name of the person who is ordering then please let us know.
It will then be shipped in a hard backed envelope to make sure it arrives safely.
